Business travel in Russia: visa support, Russian visa, invitations for foreign citizens

All foreign nationals are required to have valid entry visas to travel to the Russia. A visa is a document giving an individual permission to enter Russian Federation or to travel through Russian territory in transit. Russian entry visas can be obtained at the local Russian Consulate or in the main Russian Embassy of your country of residence upon provision of all requested documents.

There are two types of visas:

Tourist Visa
A tourist visa is a document giving permission to foreign nationals to stay in Russia for up to 30 days.
Visa support for the Russian tourist visa (formal invitation and a voucher from our company) can be issued within 24 hours.
A copy of this document will be sent to you, as well as to the Russian consulate of your choosing, per fax or per e-mail. Take the copies of those documents with you when you go to the Russian Consulate to apply for a visa.

You will need to submit following documents in order to receive your tourist visa support:

Business Visa
This type of the Russian visa is required if you wish to enter Russia on any type of an official or private matter. Travelers who plan to stay in Russia for over 30 days should apply for business visas. There are single and double-entry business visas of up to 90 days. Multiple entry visas can be issued for a period of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

Our company will fill out your visa application and submit it to the Office for Passports and Visas in Moscow. We will also pay all the necessary fees and taxes. The Office for Passports and Visas will provide an approved letter of invitation for you. We will then send you a copy of this letter. Should you need the original letter, we will send it to you per express mail to any country of the world (shipment costs will be charged separately).

You will need to submit following documents in order to receive your business visa support:

1. One copy of the 1st and 2nd pages of your travel passport (which should be valid at least another 6 months after your Russian visa expires)
2. This form, filled in:
   1. Full name
   2. Date of birth
   3. Country of birth:
   4. Sex
   5. Citizenship
   6. Passport number: ________, date of expiration:___________
   7. Place of work (city)
   8. Full company name, city, postal code, full address, phone and fax numbers
   9. Your position
   10. Dates of entry and exit from Russia
   11. Duration of stay
   12. Visa type (single entry, double entry or multiple entry)
   13. Cities, where you plan to stay in Russia
   14. Place, where do you plan to apply for a Russian visa (country, city))
   15. State of birth
   16. Place of residence
   17. Region residence
