Built in 1979 by a group of French architects, Cosmos Hotel has a unique design. Its interiors are full of light and create an atmosphere of a cosmic freedom, purity and peace. The hotel features 1777 rooms including 1568 standard rooms, 150 extra comfortable Cosmos-Club rooms, 53 deluxe rooms and 6 suites.
Standard rooms have a well-equipped bathroom and feature natural wooden furniture. They are each equipped with one king-size bed or twin beds, a soft armchair, a spacious wardrobe, desk and telephones (including one in the bathroom), TV (Russian and foreign satellite channels), mini-bar and refrigerator, internet access.
Comfort-class rooms feature well-designed interiors, which create an atmosphere of cosiness and comfort conductive for both work and carefree leisure. Rooms are equipped with modern electronic locks, new carpeting, modern European furniture and lamps, large mirrors, satellite TV (35 channels), a comfortable workspace, internet access, direct-dial phones for local and international calls, a trouser press, tea-making facilities, a refrigerator or a mini-bar, etc. Bathrooms are equipped with modern sanitary facilities, a hairdryer and a wide mirror. Guests are provided with a bathrobe, slippers and several towels.
